STARTING WITH FLANAGAN'S BOOK DF...

I am starting with David Flanagan's JavaScript The Definitive Guide - Kindle Version 6th Edition.

Although, I have a printed copy of this book, but it is the fourth edition, and it has been revised.

The pdf version which I will use has 2,598 pages, which is more than double of the printed 6th edition of 1,096 pages. Early pages of this book explains that it uses HTML5 and ECMAScript5 (P32).

The book gives many examples of the chapter contents, which I skip. However, JD51 starts with an example of a JavaScript Calculator, which I shall copy here. Nonetheless, I wait for more formal presentation of more elementary codes.

Note that the program works now! I deleted lines
