For some reason the definition of <body> in the external style sheet, st04.css, seems to be overridden here.
The embedded text obeys the external style sheet specification, but the picture extend to full length of the page, when the page is fully maximized.
The opacity specification in the <body> of the head section seemed to have affected the written comment, while I could not detect any difference with the opacity of the picture.
