Katie in Richmond Test 152_Q_for_Testing_VideoTag.html

For this test, I also have to transfer a video file, say Katie_in_Richmond.mp4, and place in the folder: C:\Users\Owner\Documents\tmp which exists in both computers.

In addition, I have to place these files on the T drive, because that is the only way the transfer works.

When there is a black screen the program could not find the file.
